I'm so glad I brought my Jeep to Tanela Auto and Truck Repair last week. I was referred by a co-worker who has always been very pleased with their work. I needed a lot of work done, and Bob completed it all for a reasonable price. He made the experience as simple as possible by keeping me posted on the progress of the work and letting me use a loaner vehicle for a couple of days while he did the work. He saved me some money by applying a new "car club" membership to my bill which discounted two services he completed and left me with 4 oil changes "in the bank"! And this is very rare, but he called me the day after I picked it up and made sure I was satisfied with the work he had done. I plan to bring my Jeep back whenever I need to, and I will definitely be recommending his work to others.
I don't have a lot of experiences with with Tanela Auto, but my oil changes have been satisfactory and most recently a larger transaction where I needed several oil leaks fixed. I was extremely satisfied with that experience with Bob because the dealership first quoted me on close to $1500. Bob offered some creative solutions and held back on things that he did not believe were necessary that the dealership was trying to get me to do. He did the work for almost half the price. I'm going to bring my vehicle back for a check-up and continue to go to Tanela Auto for my routine maintenance needs. Thank you!
