On Wednesday, August 9, 2017, My mom and I went to Ross to spend a little mother-daughter time together. Walking into the store, I noticed and made a note of how messy everything was-however that is not why I am writing this review. I managed to fall in love with an item and rushed into an empty line with pure excitement to get this item. I was the only one in line for purchases and the returns line next to me was empty. There was only one worker that was helping a family with their returns so I waited patiently. As I was waiting, I was getting annoyed by the sight of two workers chatting with each other (right in front of me) while more people continue to go into line (the return line) where I notice that one worker clocked out and another, Enza, wandered around for a bit and then went to the returns section and took a guest for returns (make note that there is no-one in the purchase cash-registers and two workers in the returns-registers). Extremely annoyed that I just got skipped, I just remained calm and waited patiently. However, Enza continued to skip me and my mom and continued to take people from the return lane (for the second time now). At this moment, my mom mentioned to her that we had been waiting and she was skipping us where she started acting extremely obnoxiously rude to both of us claiming that she needs to continue taking the return customers before us. At that moment, I just simply asked for a manager to come settle the situation however apparently there was no manager at the store and she pointed to herself claiming to be the closest thing to a manager. At that moment, I was extremely upset and asked her for her name (Enza) where she continued to be extremely rude to me, making comments such as “what are you going to do, get me fired? good luck” and while I was mentioning to her how rude it was that she and another coworker were chatting while another employee was helping a customer-she started to talk over me in a very aggressive manner. During this whole situation, another employee, Alonzo, came in and checked out my mother and the remaining customers waiting in line for the purchase section. This was supposed to be a really enjoyable experience for me to have with my mom, I went into that line with excitement and left the store in complete destress. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life.

Love this place , you can always find whatever you need , and it's not ussually packed either, and the workers keep the place clean and they are really nice

On 09/13/2017 my wife bought a dress; but, they charge her twice for the same item in our credit car, on the 15th when I see the statement I notice that and I decided to call them. They could not help me over the phone, they said they need to see the receipt to do the refund. Then, I go there with the receipt and my wife so they can take care of the double charge for 1 item. The person in charge was really terrible , she said they won't return any money unless we do it the same day that the double charge happened. Not even 1 or 2 days after. She was really bad and she keeps saying she was helping me by telling me to fix it myself with the bank. She said that she makes mistake like me and that I should not mention anything and just go to my bank to get it fix. They were the ones that double charge me but they do not do anything to fix it./ They just tell us they will not return the money of the double charge that we have to dispute it with the credit card. All these things laughing at us and basically telling us to leave the store. They did not car about losing a customer. We were treated bad and basically thought out of the place because asking for our money,. She was also really offensive toward me and really disrespectful . Now I have to wait 60 days to dispute a charge that they know is double because is the same exact amount over 1 item. Worse and most offensive retail experience of my life. I will never go back to that ross. or to any if they do not do anything about to compensate us.

Amazing place . Amazing stock with decent prices. I bought around 10 items so far and definitely will go there again

Not a huge fan of Ross. Seems like too big a store with limited choices. Lots of handbags and home decor. More dresses than casual clothing for women. Staff can be difficult to work with.
