Ive been seeing Dr Wolfrun for years, and he has always helped me,as long as I really want , also to help myself.
I read the reviews, I'm glad that I didn't read them before going. My husband and I have been going now for three weeks. They came and got us right on time or even earlier. We found the doctors to be understanding, and caring. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. I only negative thing I would say is it could use a little updating.
Also this is a difficult clientele because many of the patients are drug dependent, and or have cognitive problems. And the office staff,I don't know how they handle it!! I'm there once a month to check in and meet with Dr. Woolfrum, and every time a patient is arguing with the Insurance gals, I know I was one many times!! And even when I was yelling , I knew I was just angry that I had to deal with this stuff in my life. Yes Its inconvient to have , or even to have had a drug problem, because it can make problems the rest of your life. But Behavioral Health Care, and Dr. Wolfrum helped me function and have these inconviences. I called these high class problems compared to other ones I've had. Also Lisa K. helped me so much with my Insurance problems, and she never gets tired helping all day long!! They 'll all caring and helpful if we just stop yelling and calmly ask for help!!! Thanks Lisa K., Adrianna, and Dr. Woolfrum, you all have a Very stressful good ,and thank God for your patience!!!
Turns out we left at the same time as mr silver slick suit who had taken the stairs down. He had parked his recent model silver flagship BMW in the handicap space at the front door. TRULY RIDICULOUS!
My son was refered at Alexian Brothers to a doctor here. Expected to enter into a medical office suite?? The "office" reminded me of the DMV combined with a currency exchange. Money and insurance were the staffs top priority. Payment, despite having insurance, was demanded at the point of service. UNPROFESSIONAL. A slim guy in a sleek silver suit interrupted to answer my inquiry about pending insurance billings. Who was he? Ended up refused to pay on the spot for the appointment we arrived for and left courteously declining services. GRATEFUL TO HAVE GOT AWAY UNSCATHED.
Gouttama you sad cold poor excuse of a human being. Rather than coming out and telling me kindly to my face you tell your receptionist that you refuse to see me, and no decency to call me before heading to be treated. Refusing to see a patient is one thing, refusing to see a patient that needs their scripts filled is unlawful, I will be pressing charges.
I have been going to BHCA for many years. I would go no where else for my healthcare needs. They are always friendly, very personable and most of all they really care about their patients and their needs. Lisa the office manager is AWSOME! Not only has she bent over backwards for my needs. I've heard her deal with other patients and she treats us all with such kindness. She really understands that our problems really are problems and she does anything and everything she can to help us out. It was a great decision to hire Lisa to manage this office. SInce she's been there things run a lot smoother and Dr.'s are running more on time. Thank you BHCA for all you do to help me and my life.
