Great company, people that are complaining about late fees and payment fees really? If you got a late fee it is because you were 10 days late. That's very late. If you get a payment fee it's because you didn't get your lazy butt to the mail box and mail in a check. You want to pay over the phone? You gotta pay a fee for that. I own a small business and I pay 2.9% + 35cents to take a credit card. If you pay $350 a month on your car note and do it over the phone using your credit card it costs them about 12 bucks to take that payment. Why should they have to eat $12 a month on money they lent you? It's fair. Pay with a check, or stop whining.

My car title did not arrive after my payments were complete. I have never had issues with my mail not arriving. I had to wait for Pronto to send me a notarized letter to be able to go to the DMV and PAY for my "lost" title, since they stated they mailed it out. It was just not a great experience, I had to talk to several, rude, reps before they even sent out the notarized letter. I won't be coming here again
This is not a great financing company. It’s horrible. I’ve never had to provide any place with proof of insurance until now and it’s stupid. The car is insured so what’s the deal? I would rather trade in my vehicle some place else than to deal with them.
very very bad firm, please dont take from them its better to buy on cash any cheap car, they charge high interest rate and they dont decrease the original loan amount ,
