"Closing sale"...riiight. These signs look so faded and old. The furniture is nice, but seems too expensive for the quality (especially for a closing sale).
Came at 630 and no one was there and door was locked. Says they close at 8. Bums
I got here 40 minutes before close and the door was locked and no one to answer my calls.
We ordered our furniture in March, and finally received our last pieces 3 days ago (3 months after it was ordered). The first delivery occurred on the correct date, in May, but they ordered the wrong part for our sectional sofa, damaged our dining room table, and did not have the kitchenette in stock. They said we would have the rest of our furniture in 7-10 business days. After that timeline came and went, we were always the ones to call and find out the status. Eventually we found out the kitchenette was no longer available and we had to go in and pick out a new one. After we picked a new one, again the 7-10 business day timeline was given, and after countless calls, texts, and cancellations of deliveries we finally received our furniture over 3 weeks later. Nothing was done to credit us for waiting, and no apology was given. Terrible customer service, and we will never recommend or be going back to this business.
