So, when you pre pay $25 dollars and your car only takes $24 dollars worth of gas, do don't get that dollar back??? The attendant said, sorry you prepaid for $25 no refunds. I know it's only a dollar, but because of your employees rudeness, you've lost a customer.
Always busy here, as it's at a busy intersection and the price is pretty cheap. The employees are friendly and helpful. Traffic here is really bad when there is a lorry/sami truck is filling up thier tanks there.
This location is no different than any other Mobil gas station. I'm giving it three stars only for the fact that every time I feel gas up from this location it seems like my car responds differently compared to when I fill gas up at other Mobile locations. I don't know what it is but for some reason whenever I feel gassed up from this location it seems like there is moisture that builds up in my tank and the performance of my car changes drastically enough for me to notice. other than that this location usually has the cheapest price for the gas which may or may not be correlated.
Sorry, but I had to let it out. The night man may be going thru a lot at this time, as we all are, but it's not our fault and we need to make others feel respected and welcomed. I'm sure if the manager saw and heard about the night man on a daily basis someone may be able to help the night man (short guy) with whatever is wrong with him.
a sign is hung stating he'll be back in 5 minutes, however for those of you who do not enjoy waiting in below temps to pay for gas , you'll need to wait for about 20 minutes as it seems as though he is cleaning. Its been more than 5 times I've been there at exactly 9:45 and he doesn't open, however sees 4 people standing by the door and puts a finger up making a gesture to wait more or go. He is Very rude and always seems like he is annoyed by people if they ask a question. He doesn't respect others because he is upset he can't explain in English in my opinion. I am bilingual myself, but I. Know how to respect others no matter what, especially the elderly. This man is awful! ALWAYS In the WORST MOOD!

I am continuing purchase gas at this mobile, but here is why. At this mobile gas station, you meet a he'll of a manager who does his best with who he has to train. The manager is definitely an ace and I promise if you meet the manager, he will make sure he greets with a smile and calls you by name. For this reason, I continue to go. He often works days.
