The owner use her lack of English skill as an excuse for her overbooking hair color appointments. She told me that I should have just touch up instead of what I want to do because she doesn't have time.This is crazy if she doesn't have time, she shouldn't waste mine. I didn't care that she has a hard time communicating in English because she appears nice but she has no respect of others time. How much different she treats Korean speaking customers, no wonder I only see Korean customers in her store when I passed by.
