The portion sizes and prices are pretty standard. The quality is as good as I've had from comparable places. They seem to be good to work with too. I heard them on the phone with delivery orders and wish I could always get that kind of service.
My husband and I probably eat here once a month and thoroughly enjoy it. For the the area, it is pretty good "Chinese" food. The only complaint we have is when my husband orders extra spicy, it tastes about the same as normal. All in all, a very solid place to order from.
This is a good place with a great staff. The food was really good and it didn't take long to get it. We were in from out of town and found it online.
They used to be good. Last few times we ordered, the quality of the food has gone from poor to totaly unacceptable. The quality of the ingredients is very poor and the obvious lack of skill in the kitchen combine for a very disappointing meal. I wouldn't eat there again if it was free.

Used the Yelp EAT app on a recent work trip to have Fortune House deliver some grub. Despite the less than stellar reviews I loved my experience. Delivery was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered some egg tiles, crab dragoons and Singapore Noodles. I found the food to be wonderful and tasty, particularly the Singapore Noodles...YUM! Will order from here again, for sure.
I called to order on the drive over and it was almost ready by the time I got there and paid.
