K&S are a great company to turn to for your home repair needs. My parents had them install their roof and referred them to us when we had water dripping down from our upstairs ceiling. TJ came and crawled up into our attic to see what was going on and then went to the hardware store and got what he needed to patch the hole that day. He let us know that the reason it was so hot upstairs in the summer was because there was hardly any insulation in the attic. (Our house is also miserably cold in winter.) So K&S just installed blow-in insulation and our house is toasty warm at 68 degrees when we used to have to jack up the heat to 74 just to be not freezing. They did a great job, used materials that are safe for kids, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. The price seemed reasonable and was exactly what they quoted. All in all a great experience. We will call them again if we need any roofing or siding work done in future.
