Jessica is one of the best groomers I've ever met!
Had an appointment today 11-9-17 just to have my black labs nails cut and a bath first issue was when i called to set up the appointment was on hold for 15 minutes!! Finally answered and she seems annoyed that she had to answer the phone! Made the appointment for 12 aka noon. I told her on the phone that ibdont get off work till 12 and wont be there till about 1210 while i was saying this she just hangs up!! So i call back again to confirm that 1210 is ok again 15 minutes go by on hold no answer, so i hang up and plan on showing up at 1210. I arrive at 1207 to petco only to be told im late and they cant get me in till next week? I live in wisconsin and drive an hr and 30 minutes to work everyday or else it wouldnt be an issue! I ask for the manager who looks like some homeless guy on the street in regular clothes. All he says was show up on time and this wont be an issue!! Ill never go there again nor will any of my employees or friends!!! Golf rose which is right next door typically does my dog and i made a huge mistake in trying petco good luck!!
Went here to pick up canned food for my newly adopted dog. The staff here was very informative with helping me get what I needed to switch my dog to my preferred brand of food. Also helped me out with a new puppy coupon book. Definitely the best service I've received in a long time at any retail store.
I've been using Petco Grooming in Schaumburg for more than 3 years now and I highly recommend them! I bring my dog to Jessica; she listens to exactly what my 10-year-old CKCS needs and any concerns I have. I'm very picky about how my Buffy's paws are trimmed and Jessica does exactly what I ask every time. She's also the only groomer who's ever been able to put bows on Buffy's ears that stayed in for weeks! I've used Ashley when Jessica wasn't available. She did a great job, too! They are very accommodating about scheduling and everyone in the grooming department is very friendly. Even though I moved out of Schaumburg, I still come back to this Petco location for grooming. Either Jessica or Ashley will do a fantastic job for you!
