Took 20 minutes to make a return. Cashier was trying his best and apologetic for the wait. He's the only I am giving more stars. He called for help twice and no one came. Understaffed? Their return process is awful if you select electronic receipts.
I used to go there for my fish things but then I got a dog. I would go in there thinking to spend about $25-30 on a bag of dog food and I would think to spend about $7 for a dog leash but JEEZ! The prices are super high. Even the littlest of collars will be around $12. Go to petsuppliesplus instead its great there
We take our animals to banfield and have for awhile now! Doctor steinhauer is great and has been taking care of our kitten twilight since she was 3 weeks old! We also recently took our other cat there to get his nails clipped and had a great experience with Ashley! All around a very good place to take your pets
As for the person that said to go to Pet Supplies Plus for collars, leashes and food, I stopped there to grab some random things, their items are not cheap either, in fact there were some things less expensive at Petsmart and better quality than Pet Supplies Plus. I will continue to shop at Petsmart.
