Rent from this place twice already. I reserved it on Costco rental and again last minute on their website. Their desk is inside the Hyatt hotel in the lobby. Walked in and gave them my name. They had my car and paperwork ready. Gave them my CC and in less then a couple minutes, I walked out with the key.
I got a super deal, $18 a day for a Toyota Sequoia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only catch was I waited for over 30 minutes for the car to be ready which made my friend wait at the airport for over 20 minutes.
I travel 4-5 days a week, 45 weeks per year, with about 1/3 outside the US. I am a FastBreak member with Budget which allows me to go straight to my vehicle and go, with everything in my profile. If I'm working within the four-state area (IL-IN-MI-WI), I'll rent from this location. Justin provides great customer service, and I always get a nice clean car at a very competitive rate. When there are others ahead of me at pickup, he and his associates are patient and accommodating in addressing the customers' questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for both locals and Hyatt guests.
You can park your own car in the back of the hotel and leave it there while you take the rental car out for vacation. No extra charge or surcharge.
I am an occasional renter, always for personal use.
I'd recommend this location to someone renting in the area.
Not sure of his name, may be Justin, same guy each time over 3 weeks for 3 different cars. Justin has been very understanding and helpful each time in and out.
I have rented from this location on numerous occasions. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. Both the pickup and return process is efficient. Generally the selection of cars is good and the staff always attempts to provide me with the type of vehicle that they know I prefer.
So of course all the steps checking in and checkout are not known to me.
