It was a very good experience.
After I shopped for a week, I bought a car Saturday am.
Picked up the car at Gerber Collision & Glass. Neat and clean car delivered on time. Friendly service. No problem with the car during rental period. Dropped the car at Gerber Collision & glass.
Because you have the worst hours in the business, I get charged an extra 2 days.
Everything was fine, except for the tally.
I totalled my car 9/23, rented a car 9/25.
I had the dealer drive me to Enterprise around 1pm, to drop the keys.
Service was outstanding. Picked me up at the body shop without delay and was able to drop off the rental at the shop. Price was great as well. Would definitely recommend.
Just watch out when you rent from them you will get extra charges on your card they can't hold a manager either to take care of the store. Also on another time they tried to tell my family that the car was damaged and she owed over $3000 in damages until she went in with the pitures thst she took of the car when she dropped them off Beware of this one
