Pam was so helpful today with setting up our brand new iPhones despite the difficulty Sprint was giving us! She truly made our experience at the mall a wonderful one today!
Went in there with a battery issue on my iPhone 6s. They ended up soft bricking my phone due to a failed restore without my permission AFTER telling me that they're having a global issue with restores. Offered no compensation or apologies. Check out their products over here, but don't come here for assistance on your products because you won't get any.
Terrible customer service. I had to wait a week to get a consultation and then they said it would take another week to fix. I had to speak to 5 different people to find the answer I was looking for. Even then I had to go to st.louis for the service to be done for half the price they wanted me to pay at this store. St. Louis also did it in one day whereas in this store wanted my laptop for a week and then some. Ridiculous. Products here are also terrible. My laptop is having issues after only one year and same with my phone.
After having a horrible experience at best buy I decided to make my way to apple for the product I was looking for. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, The gentlemen asked What he could help with and took my name and info and let me know that J** would be on his way over with what I was looking for and by the time I looked up J** was there ready with my watch. Both men were super friendly and knowledgable helping me with what I was getting. I left the store extremely satisfied and look forward to going back when purchasing other products. There employees are THE BEST! They are always looking to help others!
I called to ask them about iPad keyboards and the guy who picked up says,” I can’t release inventory over the phone with you”. I’m asking you if you have them at your store so I don’t drive there and then end up not finding one. Then he told me to check the website instead. He was very rude and told me to just come into the store and basically waste my time and if it wasn’t there then oh well. Poor customer service and rude employees.
Another problem November 22, there’s a 3 hour wait to restore my iPhone and erase the settings. 3 hours. And the customer service wasn’t horrible I called Apple care twice and explained my problem to them and came into the store instead and the employees here don’t seem to understand a simple problem .
