the only issue with this store is that they are sometimes too busy. if you need a quick upgrade with no hassle go to the sprint kiosk thats in the sears wing of the mall

ok, the staff is great but its always so busy. luckily there is a sprint kiosk nears forever 21 that is great. they are friendly and never too busy. manny the manager is great. the rest of the crew are pretty good. not too pushy to sell you on the phone cases. you should give it a try if its busy in the sprint store
Just upgraded to the iPhone 8 today. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service!
Unhelpful staff ignored me and then gave me a number for sprint sales and it’s a number that’s not in service
