Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are very big and the price is great. Breakfast is good.
I had a real good time at Comfort Suites. It was a pretty basic hotel. The breakfast was good. I was disappointed the pool wasn't open any later than ten. But the beds were comfy. I actually didn't interact with a single staff member, so I have no idea how friendly they are, but honestly the fact I didn't have to talk to anyone made the stay even better.
Very clean rooms and hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Mattress needed replacing, but over all experience was very good. Would definitely recommend.
Even though our floor was non smoking the odor of old cigarettes still fill the room. Won't stay here ever again when I'm in town. Staff apologized but that was it... No offer to switch rooms.
The room has all the usual amenities you'd expect. It's a quiet hotel at least during the week. Only a few floors so you shouldn't expect much noise. The rates are fantastic for a King bed with breakfast included. The breakfast was what I've come to expect from a hotel. It's very similar to Hampton and La Quinta. I'd most definitely recommend for people thinking about staying in Chicago, but balk at the price for parking in the city. The commute is about 35 - 55 min depending on traffic. We'll do this again in the future.
