I came here with my roommate looking for a couch, the selection was nice. Unfortunately, not a single person spoke to us during the half our we spent there.
Staff was limited but very helpful. Wide selection in clearance item, destined to find something that fits your need. Walk in greeting by sales person was to Macy's level I have experienced the past, loved it.
For that reason alone I wouldn't suggest shopping there but maybe someone else would have a better experience and actually get some customer service.
My wife went in yesterday to get a sectional couch. She went home to take the measurements and the sales person said we could call in and buy it. No one answered the phone all day so we came in the next day and they upped price and and now said we had to buy all the pieces of the sectional which we didn't want and delivery went from 99 flat to 99 for the first peice plus 34 for each peice of the sectional. We couldn't only buy parts of the sectional but had to pay for delivery by peice. We walked out counchless and frustrated.
Hard to find anyone that work there. My wife and I went to loom for some furniture in the clearance areas, and let me tell you, they have a lot of stuff, the prices are ridiculous for something that is damaged in o e way or they other. I know it's Macy's but over $2000 for a scratched up couch, sofa or recliner is just crazy
