There was a miscommunication regarding the boots I had placed on hold and basically they were nowhere in store even though the site said they were in stock. Liz helped me out and she was amazing and so sweet and took care of everything and apologized on behalf of DSW. That effort really made a difference and I appreciate her ability to handle a less then fun situation with grace! Thanks again Liz !
Monday 1pm, the store isn't crowded at all, but there's only 1 checkout person and she's helping a woman find some shoes online. OK, that happens. After several minutes another sales person comes behind the counter and speaks to a gentleman who was waiting for something, then he comes out from behind the counter and does stocking. Then another sales person comes and takes a call. It's now been 8 minutes, no acknowledgement from any of the 3, so I left. Never had this problem at DSW before, but I didn't have the time or inclination to hang out...
Good place to find some good deals on nice shoes. It's crowded. It gets a bit hectic but they do have a good selection. The place is a bit disordered but I feel it's due to all the traffic this place gets. Nonetheless, the staff is helpful and friendly.
Everyone is friendly & nice! Always going out of their way helping with finding shoes or ordering them for you! They work together as a team! My favorite & only place to buy shoes.....I am one of there best shoe lovers around!
