I've been to this store twice now and both times I was greeted by great employees. They are all very helpful and they are fast and have a pleasant morale that just makes you happy. also the store manager ( I think her name is Denise) is very generous and funny. Love this store and definitely would come a third time!!
The employees are super nice and help out until I'm satisfied. Also the skate section is amazing. They help me out with my skateboard and tell me the exact prices and what I'm getting for it !!!
Their shoes are comfortable and stylish, but do not last. Bought quite a few pair here, brought back a defective pair for warranty shortly after purchasing them, only for them to state they could do nothing as they stopped carrying that style months prior to my purchase. Definitely shopping for vans elsewhere in the future

Went in the store and found a pair of shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have them in my size, so I ordered them. I ordered them Friday and was supposed to get them the next Tuesday. I go to check my email confirmation to find out they ordered the wrong style and size! Called back and spoke with manager to let me know she couldn't do anything for me. She also misinformed me and told me they are sold out and would have to wait a couple of weeks and see if I could get it at the outlet mall.
