The service here is absolutely TERRIBLE. I've gone here 2 more times thinking that maybe my trip will be better than the last but it somehow seems to get worse and worse. I came in to return some items and the lady at the customer service desk asked me if I ticket switched when she couldn't figure out which item she scanned? Who does that???!? Luckily she was able to return all my items and I was able to get my money back. After that she had quite an attitude. Now I also had a order to pick up. The same lady couldn't figure out how to work the device to scan my barcode on my phone. Then she asked me if I had 2 orders. I told her that I had 1 order with 2 items. She gave me a package and again questioned me several times if I had 2 orders. I had to tell her myself that the sticker on the package said there was 1 item in it and that the other package probably had my other item in it. After another 20 minutes she finally found my 2 items. I was at the service desk for almost 40. I bought some items and on my way out I kept beeping. I had to walk back and 4 times because there were sensors left on my sunglasses, and on both my pickup order items. I will never be going back to Kohls. This was ridiculous.
Love Kohl's, I had buy here so many times clothes, baby toys, shoes, decoration products and I had never a complain! You can always safe so much with the good deals they do and of you use coupons you can get such a good discount, I recommend the Kohls credit card for a lot more saving! Great store!!!
Stop in to look for canvas wall art. Not a good selection here. Nice store.
This is a great location. Lots of inventory. I would especially like to applaud Taaha. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that did not have a price on it and was the last pair. Instead of complaining or giving me a hard time, he was a problem solver and looked up the items skew number on the inside of the shoe. He was able to give me an even better deal than the shoe rack price where I found the them. Great customer service!
