Came in today 7/26/2017 looking for a pair of shoes and left with just under $500 worth of stuff. Natalie rang me up and she was the rudest cashier Ive ever met very very ignorant and rude. Very very disrespectful. I use to come here all the time today this location lost a customer and the flamboyant male manager did nothing to resolve my issue. To top it off they over charged me and I didn't realize until I got home and wasn't about to make the drive back... Stay away they're terrible here. Go to Nordstrom Rack they're wayyyy better....
I love TjMaxx and Marshalls and have been shopping here weekly for years, until within the past couple of months I noticed that majority of the Kate Spade bags coming into this store look very cheap and not authentic. I purchased a tote bag and had it checked for authenticity, turned out it was fake. I told the associate it was fake and they did not care. Saw the same bag on the shelf full priced the next week. I don't think it's right to sell these designer bags for such high prices when they are fakes, makes me not want to shop at this location anymore.
