MAC counter always too busy to enjoy! Never enough sales associates! It's a shame. For the cost of hi end I wish I could enjoy the experience. Instead I dread it.

Shopped for intimates and makeup. Felt like a princess. Associates were very service oriented.
I came in today to get 5 pairs of pants tailored which I bought from Trunk club. The sales advisor working in the men's suit section brought me to the dressing room and told me to wait for the tailor to come. I tried on my pants and the tailor asked me if I bought it at Nordstrom. I told him I bought it from Trunk club( which is owned by Nordstrom). He told me that since I didn't buy it at Nordstrom he would have to charge me double at $56/pair! I thought he was crazy. I asked him why are you charging me double when I bought it from the same company and the same product. Nordstrom even allows you to get points on your Nordstrom card at Trunk Club. I would think you would get the same benefits and tailoring rates but clearly not. The tailor said it's my managers call not mine nothing I can do about that. The look on his face just had " I don't really care" all over it. The other sales advisor said he had no idea about this policy. Neither of these guys seemed like they wanted to help me out. I even tried to negotiate since I brought in 5 pairs of pants. I was pissed and took my business to another tailor in the mall. Way to go Nordstrom, great way to treat a loyal rewards customer.
I came here yesterday to buy some cologne and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and gave me some really nice samples as well.
