The staff are super friendly, funny and helpful! That is what gave me this place a five star! Clean place. Kohl's has good deals and sales. Quality of clothing is good.
Alex in customer service was awesome. Helped with my return and with understanding the kiosk ordering process too.
We don't typically go to this Kohl's. We went there to find a particular item which was out of stock in another store. The other store was very untidy. This store was totally clean and tidy. And the staff was much more helpful here. Diana helped us find the boots were came for in the size we needed. She was awesome and we appreciated her lots! This store is further from home, but we will keep it in mind knowing that it was a more pleasant experience for us.
I stopped in to buy gym shoes. Only a couple of pair that I liked and one pair didn't have any in my size and the second pair had my size but only in wide size. I don't wear a wide size. Have to buy them some place else.
It's probably one of the nicest Kohl's that I've been too. This location and the lake Zurich locations are very similar. It's not too crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a good selection. I do hate their pricing. Their "sale" prices seem to be just regular prices but they'll display the "regular" prices above showing the savings. I don't buy that. It seems like their so called sale prices are actually regular prices at other stores and online. Either way, they do offer some good deals and the place is actually a nice place to shop. Just their whole pricing system is very annoying.
