The worst experience in my life that I will never forget! Unprofessional store managers - disrespectful and inexperienced. Dropped off 4 bracelets to be cleaned- got a receipt that said I dropped off 4 items and Pandora returned only 3 of my bracelets back. I was told I never gave them the forth one and I was asked to leave the store! I ended up calling the police and Pandora called security after a screaming match. I was so upset. I couldn't believe I gave them something and I wasn't getting in back! The nicest Police Officer came and reviewed the tapes - I ended up getting my bracelet back. I will never forget how I was treated in front of everyone and BE AWARE - even if you have a receipt - they still may not give you all of your items back!!! Don't just trust them!

This experience was horrible! I brought in a ring to get cleaned and the lady was so rude at the counter. I waited 30 minutes for the ring to be "cleaned". When I went back the lady gave me a hard time because they didn't give me a reciept but my ring was there. She went to go get the ring and it was still dirty! I told the girl why does it look dirty and she told me that the style of the ring is supposed to look like that. Today I used a needle to see and it's definitely dirt. Build up of lotion or something. Also the lady lost the box I brought it in so I had to ask for one back. This store has horrible customer service and it was a waste of my time to go get this ring cleaned that I paid for because they didn't even clean it correctly. Worst store. Don't go here please go to a different Pandora store. I can't believe this!

I went in today to see if I can get my ring repaired since it hadnt been too long that I got. The girl went to talk to someone I assume is the manager. He barely looked at my ring and said no. Apparently my ring cant be repaired because its "wear and tear."
