So i bought couple of weeks ago, this nice pair of earrings rings from Rogers & Hollands, from Woodfield Mall for $ 86 for my 11 months old daughter, without paying their suggested insurance of $ 40 which coverers everything, even changing them in case they'll be deteriorated.
watch out when you buy earrings from them or any other store!
i am so dissapointed about my experience with them, and i so do not recommend them!
After 2 weeks, my daughter broked one of the earring ng by pulling her ear, and from my surprise she broked them, as you can see from the pics.
So i went back to them to see if they can suggest anything, like exchanging them and me to pay some additional amount for a new pair (like this or different one); or to have them fixed and me to pay for it; but it was not the case, plus their jeweler said he cannot fixed them !!! what kind of jeweler is he?!
I absolutely love Rogers and Hollands. This is definitely my favorite jewelry store. Not only do they have a large selection of gorgeous jewelry, but they are not as pushy as a lot of the other jewelry stores. They're there to help when you need it, but don't constantly nag at you to look at something or get frustrated when you're just looking around. As someone who loves jewelry but great customer service as well, I highly recommend this store!
The selection process was wonderful. But the untimely delivery, the misspelled name on pick-up, the wrong ring size, the online payment center not taking credit cards like the store associates said it would... We still love our rings, that's the most important, and that's why I'm not giving them a 1-star.
The warranties are far better than any other chain jeweler and the pricing is very reasonable. In fact, I will not bother with any other jewelers from now on. R&H have been so great and I love the continued customer aftercare. They never made us feel uncomfortable, despite the number of times we walked away without spending any money and even when we ended up with inexpensive rings, we were made to feel just as valued as any other customer.
My husband and I took about 5 visits to really be convinced that we should have just trusted our instincts and bought our wedding rings from here in the first place! Wonderful customer service from each advisor I have worked with, including the manager John whom we felt rather friendly with after a while!
I went there to see if they could fix my Tissot T Touch watch and unfortunately the repair person wasnt there. The Sales Associate- Larry Lagioia refer me to Fast Fix that could help in the mall. Thank you Larry!
